With almost two decades in the mortgage industry, Jodalee Ebaugh has had the rare opportunity to work in every facet of the business. Because of this knowledge, her clients and referral partners consider her a true mortgage consultant. Jodalee spends time with each client to see what their short- and long-term goals are. She is 100% referral based and works with every type of borrower – from the first-time homebuyer whom she loves to teach, to the high-end executive. She will never over-promise and under-deliver.
Jodalee is a mortgage consultant because she is passionate about helping people during what could be a very stressful process . . . but it does not have to be. Jodalee started in the industry at the age of 18 inside a small real estate firm as part of their very small mortgage division while she attended college. She moved to the valley in 2000.
Realtors and clients call Jodalee “The Jumbo Queen” and the “The Condo Queen.” If there is a way to get it done, she will. Jodalee pours her heart and soul into her clients. Her clients are not numbers, but people who are making one of the largest investments of a lifetime.
Jodalee is the preferred lender for multiple high-end condo projects in the valley, but this is not her only focus. She lives by the moto “good people know good people,” so she chooses to work with referral partners and builds high-trust relationships.
Jodalee’s number one priority and love is her children. She is also very involved in the community. Jodalee is a board member for Phoenix Children’s Hospital Leadership Circle, which is a small group of amazing women from around the valley that raise money for PCH Grants – 100% of those funds go to those grants. Leadership Circle members are one of a kind, and Jodalee feels so blessed to be a part of such a big cause.
